Start off with a Foot Soak in warm Rose Petal Infused lavender soap water with Warm Lavender Neck pillow while Chase asks you about what is going on in your body. Once an understanding is established the feet are dried and privacy is given while you prepare for your royal treatment. Allow the soothing Deep Tissue/Sports techniques to relieve muscle tightness and pain. Heated damp towels are used to open up the muscles of the back.
