Start off with a Foot Soak in warm Rose Petal Infused lavender soap water with Warm Lavender Neck pillow while Chase asks you about what is going on in your body.  Allow the heated stones to work their magic by opening relieving your tightest muscles. Heated damp towels are used to open up the muscles of the back. Half way through before turning you will receive a foot scrub with a delightful pomegranate/acai sugar scrub.
